GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If, for any reason, you cancel the booking, then you have to pay 3% cancellation charges of the booking amount.

2. Due to Covid, most hotels offer minimal food and services. Any cancellation for these reasons will only be liable for a refund as per hotel policy. We are not liable for the same.

3. Suppose the payment has been made to the hotels against any booking & later booking gets cancelled for any reason. In that case, we can only refund the amount once we get a Refund from the Hotel. If the Hotel offers us the Credit Note, we will provide you with the same.

4. The majority of the hotels offer minimal food. 

GENERAL

1. It is just a quote, no reservations are held yet, or booking has not proceeded.

2. The rooms & rates are subject to availability during booking/confirmation.

3. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

4. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
